Behind the times!!!

Have any of you guys ever heard of the Konjac sponge???.... Well how come I didn't until now!!??

Apparently the Konjac sponge has been around for years , but I'm only just getting to hear about it!!!!

If you haven't already heard about it , then today is your lucky day & if you have heard about it then you won't me need to tell you how fantastic they are!!!

The Konjac sponge comes from a potato like plant from Asia. Apparently the Japanese have been using it for over a thousand years .so it seems I could be the last to know about it!!!
The sponge is handmade from this  potato like plant & is used as a beauty treatment as its 100% natural & completely biodegradable.

You use the sponge as a cleanser  on your face or body it removes any dead skin cells from your skin , which in turn promotes the growth of new skin cells. It's absolutely, amazingly gentle on your skin , but still manages to get rid of any makeup residue . I use a makeup remover first as the sponge will not get rid of my makeup or my eyeliner.

It's so easy to use , you literally soak your sponge in water & squeeze of the excess water in your hand  , you then massage it gently over your face or body. I use small circular movements & find this works perfectly,

My skin after using the Konjac sponge honestly feels perfectly soft , I don't use any other product with  the sponge as I prefer the naturalness of the sponges qualities  , although I have read online  that some people do prefer to add a drop of their cleanser on the sponge .

I have been using this sponge for a week so far, day & night . I have seen some great improvement in my forehead area, smoother, clearer & my forehead lines don't look as deep. I am very impressed & very upset that somebody hasn't introduced me to the Konjac sponge earlier.... Shame on you!!!!

I picked up my sponge from Amazon . I love Amazon at the moment , lots of beauty goodies at great prices & items that you can't necessarily pick up in the shops. It cost around the £4 mark & will hopefully last me about 2 months, this is definitely a repurchase item . I love it!!!

Have you ever heard of the Konjac sponge , or are a newbie like me!!!!
