I had , had my eye on their products for a while as their product range was something I had never seen out there , all of ishga's products are made from seaweed & I have seen nothing like this on the market at the moment.
After reading all about seaweed & the benefits that seaweed can give us for the health of our skin , I was completely shocked that more products do not contain this all natural ingredient!
Ishga use seaweed that is found in the most unpolluted costal waters on the Hebridean islands of Scotland.
It has been used for Centuries & is well known to contain a balanced combination of vitamins, minerals & anti- oxidants to maintain healthy & youthful looking skin.
So with all this in mind I decided to get in touch with ishga to see if it possible for me to try out some of their seaweed goodies & they kindly sent me a parcel full of wonders! Thankyou ishga!!!
So far I have used 2 of the products , I wanted to use them for a few months to get a real idea of what ishga was all about & I must say I am mega impressed!
The 2 products I have used in combination with each other are the exfoliating facemask & the nourishing face oil.
I have been using these 2 products in combination for about 6 weeks & the results are quite outstanding.
The face scrub can be used as often as you like, but I've been using it weekly. I tend to use it in the shower & leave it on my face for about 5/10 minutes . ( depending on how much time I'm allowed in the bathroom before my little one comes knocking!!!) I gently use my fingers to massage the scrub in & my face feels amazing after using it.
The scrub itself has tiny little seaweed particles in which seem to manage to get rid of any dry skin floating on top of my skin , but it also seems to get deeper into the inner layers of my skin too, which makes my skin look so bright & fresh. It's like a mini facial in a jar!!!
I normally follow up the scrub with ishga's nourishing face oil. The first thing that is so impressive about this oil is the smell. Almond & rose are just one of the many oils contained in this oil & the smell is divine. I literally can't wait to get it on my face. Velvet soft & easily absorbed it doesn't hang about too long & my face truly feels like it's being fed!!!
Overall my face looks a lot brighter & healthier since using this ishga combination & I really can't wait to get cracking on the other 2 products that were sent out to me!
I'm so glad I discovered ishga & their seaweed products. Not only are they a fantastic addition to your facial beauty regime, but they look amazing on your bathroom shelf too!!!
