What a lovely morning & it's been made even lovelier with the loveliest parcel from Ishga.
Ishga is a Scottish based company that make organic skincare products that are 100% natural & contain seaweed, if you research seaweed you can see the wonderful benefits it can have on your skin. Ishga only use Hebridean spring water which are fresh water springs & contain numerous vitamins & minerals which apparently work wonders for your skin.
I have very recently contacted ishga as I had been recommended by a friend to try out their marine facial cream . Since I had been using this cream my face has seen big changes! It really does feel rejuvenated !!! Within using this cream for 10 days my skin was a lot softer & had a lovely glow. It seems this seaweed lark really was something to write home about!!!
The cream does go a long so even though the cream is a luxury with a luxury price tag I find that it really is worth the money.
With all this being said & the bottom of my marine facial cream in sight I decided to contact ishga via email & ask if it was possible for them to send me out some samples of their other products as I was really interested in trying them out. I had a lovely reply from a man called Malcolm, who asked me which products I would be interested in . I sent an email back stating 4 of the products that I really wanted to try out .
How excited was I this morning when this lovely little lot landed on my doorstep!
I was so surprised when I opened this a yummy parcel , that Malcom had sent me 4 full sized
products...Thankyou
products...Thankyou
The 4 products I requested were as follows
- Nourishing facial oil 50ml
- Regenerating face serum 50ml
- Hebridean sea salt & oil scrub 50 ml
- Exfoliating face mask 50 ml
I also received a lovely little brochure telling me all about ishga & their products.
On first impressions I can honestly tell you the packaging really does lend itself to this amazing range. Sleek & simple . A beautiful sea green & dark purple with a Matt silver lid & bright white lettering really sets this product off.
As of yet I haven't started to use any of the products, but I will of course do a review on these products once I have started using them & seeing the results.
I have however opened up the Hebridean sea salt & oil scrub & it smells out of this world . A mixture of sea salt , rose , lemon & maybe a bit lavendery too. The texture seems lovely not too grainy with larger crystals in rather than small tiny pieces.
I will try this for the first time tonight. I am also especially excited to try out the serum!
The prices on Ishga website vary starting at £15 for the sea
salt scrub going up to £60 for the face serum. But please don't be scared to look at their website take a look , read the
reviews on their products & the benefits of all the natural ingredients. You could mix ,maybe using the facial serum along with a cheaper facial cream. Although I do think these products will work better together. I will of course be testing this theory out & will let you know!!!!
