I had recently got in touch with a company called pulsin . They are the the makers of pulsin snack bars & beond snack bars.
All their snack bars are made from 100 % natural & organic ingredients . This really appeals to me as I have 2 small children who are always on the look out for yummy snacks in the cupboard!!!
I emailed pulsin & got a lovely reply , they then sent me 6 snack bars in the post for me to try out.
They kindly sent me 2 of each the snack bars pictured above
Firstly we have the mint choc chip protein bite, the raspberry & Goji raw choc brownie & finally the organic bar choc bar.
The first thing that really appealed to me was the bright , funky packaging. It really did catch my eye & of course my daughter went straight for the bright pink bar!!!!
Because these snack bars have no added sugar & are low in calories I was happy for my children to eat them between their meal time & it really did pick them up when they were feeling a little lethargic before dinner.
My favourite snack bar was by far the mint choc chip. It really is like a substitute for a chocolate bar It is jam packed with choc chips & the peppermint oil gives the bar a lovely minty smell & flavour. Because this bar is low in calories I didn't feel guilty about eating it either!!!
The raw chocolate bar was also very good it really did feel like I was eating a chocolate bar but without any added sugar ... Can't complain about that!! But the mint of the other bar definitely took the edge!!!
Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try the goji brownie as my daughter managed to gobble them down!!!! Must be a good sign!!!!
I would say these snack bars are brilliant for busy mums who are on the run all day & need a guilt free pick me up & also perfect for children as a lunchtime snack or treat. It will give you piece of mind too knowing they are healthy & 100 % natural.
I know I will definitely placing an order with them shortly, and I thank pulsin for sending me these samples to try out . I would never have thought a healthy snack bar could taste so good!!!
